Background

According to the General Services Administration’s SmartPay statistics, during FY 2023, the DoD’s GTCC program spent $6.4 billion and had 2.4 million individually billed accounts and 9,457 centrally billed accounts. Citi provides an online EAS to assist users in the management of the DoD GTCC program.

Recommendations

We made 21 recommendations to the Director, Defense Support Services Report for review, develop training, and coordinate with Citi on mandatory report issues.
